Effective July 15, 2026
Peekture is built to be a puzzle, not a data business. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the app touches and where it goes. The short version: we do not collect your personal data.
If you are signed into Game Center, your daily score and streak are submitted to Apple's leaderboards under your Game Center nickname. Leaderboards are operated by Apple and governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy. You can play without Game Center; the game simply skips the leaderboards.
Puzzle packs are one-time purchases made through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your name, email, or payment details. Your purchase entitlement is verified on your device through Apple's StoreKit. Refunds and receipts are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Puzzles you create and share travel as links. A link contains the puzzle's pieces and a scrambled (hashed) form of the answer, never your identity, contacts, or anything personal. Sharing happens through the standard system share sheet, from you directly to whoever you choose.
The app may download new puzzles and artwork from our content server. Like any internet request, these downloads momentarily expose your IP address to our hosting provider as part of normal traffic handling. We do not use this to identify you and we keep no record of it.
If you choose to email us a puzzle submission, we receive your email address and whatever you send. We use it only to review the submission, correspond with you about it, and credit you if it is published. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Peekture is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
