Terms of Use

Effective July 15, 2026

These terms apply to the Peekture app and this website, both operated by Weitzman Creations LTD. By using the app or the site, you agree to them.

Your license to play

Peekture is licensed to you, not sold, for personal, noncommercial entertainment on Apple devices you own or control. Where you get the app through the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Purchases

• Puzzle packs and the Unlock Everything option are one-time in-app purchases, processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are shown before you buy.
• There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
• Purchases restore free of charge on any device signed into the same Apple Account, via Restore Purchases in the app's settings.
• Unlock Everything includes all current packs and packs released in the future, and supports Apple Family Sharing.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's App Store terms; we cannot issue them directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Our content

The puzzles, artwork, name, and design of Peekture belong to Weitzman Creations LTD or its contributors. You may share screenshots and your result grids freely. You may not republish the puzzle catalog, resell the artwork, or pass the content off as your own.

Artwork you submit

• Only submit artwork you created and have the right to share.
• By submitting, you grant Weitzman Creations LTD a worldwide, royalty free license to reproduce and display your submission in the app and in materials about the app, with credit to the name you provide.
• You keep ownership of your artwork. If you later want a published submission removed, email us and it will be excluded from future releases.
• Submissions may be edited for fit and clarity, and there is no obligation to publish or compensate.

Fair play

Leaderboards are for humans playing the game as intended. We may exclude scores that come from tampering, automation, or exploiting bugs.

No warranties

Peekture is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard on it, but we do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that a puzzle will never make you groan.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weitzman Creations LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
